A few fall reminders
I have been lucky enough to spend most of my life in parts of the country and world that have season changes. I’ll admit I’m a warm weather summer-type of gal, but I do appreciate the seasons.
No matter who you are or where you live, seasons change.
The changing of seasons is a natural part of the passing of time.
There’s no way to stop the seasons from changing. Summer will always move to Fall, Autumn will always turn to Winter, and Winter will always give way to Spring.
Experience has been my greatest teacher. It has taught me that instead of rushing to get to the next milestone, life is really about enjoying the moments that we have.
Rather than trying to rush out of one season and into the other because we don’t like the season that we’re in, let’s savor the moments that today brings.
- Embrace the weather change
- Take in the crisp morning air
- Take a walk and look at the change in colors around you
- Try a new soup recipe
- Make a cup of warm tea at night
For today, I’m going to open my windows and embrace Fall with open arms because it’s my favorite time of year.
What’s your favorite season, and how are you going to welcome the change this season brings?
